Ocean Child

Ocean Child

"There was a little girl who lived by the sea,
She collected shells in her bucket and little bits of tea tree.
When her toes touched the water, her face would light up,
Kneeling down, adding the sparkling magic to her cup.
She dived right in and became part of the ocean,
Her hair delicately falling in a swirling motion.
Her tiny little fingers would mingle in the seaweed,
Finding her happy place, and nothing more she needed."

This is the second painting in the Child at Heart series.

Ocean Child carries an energy of harmony and balance, reminding us to reconnect with the inner child who loves the sea and to find peace within. It encourages us not to forget who we are and to trust our natural instincts.

Follow the path that excites and engages you in the most natural way. Life is meant to be lived, and every day is an opportunity to learn and grow into the best version of ourselves.

Swimming around her are pink sea turtles, reminding her to find gratitude in all aspects of life. They also prepare her for the deepest, darkest swims of the ocean as she grows older.

The spiralling golden fish symbolise hope and prosperity in her lifetime—a shining beacon of light, guiding her towards her passions and emotions.

She will come to understand that she has a choice: to remain in the shallows of life or to dive deeper than ever before, discovering more about herself and the life she is destined to live.
