The most powerful choice in life is to breathe. In, out. Clear your thoughts and focus on the air travelling through your lungs.
Despite her name, Angel Warrior isn’t about aggression, violence or external power. She represents inner strength, compassion, peace, choice and internal power. She’s a reminder that everything you need is already in you. Share your heart, but never let anyone tell you what's in it or how to express it.
When you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or even nauseous on life, and don't think you can ever change a situation for the better, take your time. Just breath until you have a clear mind and can make a decision that is best for you.
There was a time in my life when I sat in a room and cried for four months. I was completely knocked to my knees. It felt like an eternity – like I’d reached the bottom of a very dark pit. Everything was so overwhelming and aspects of my life had broken me.
It wasn't until my incredible daughter, who was only 15 at the time, left a note on my bed that said: 'Mum, it's going to be ok. You are amazing. You can do anything.'
My life changed that day. I was so inspired by her wise words that I decided to stop crying and just breathe every day until my mind cleared. I started believing in myself, like she did.
Now I’m sending the same note to you: 'It's going to be ok. You are amazing. You can do anything.'
Take things one day at a time. Think about what you’re grateful for. Build on that. Find a positive thought every day.
Angel Warrior is here to remind you of your strengths and passions. She walks through a sea of turtles, guiding her on a journey of self-discovery. They remind her that a grateful thought each day can lead to a lifetime of happiness.
Her golden wings are stretched and ready to fly, glowing to light her path.
Butterflies represent her ideas. They’re worthy and deserve recognition. When she’s driven, she can turn pale pink butterflies into vibrant red ones. Believe in your ideas, thoughts and passions, they make up who you are. Like the butterflies, what you bring to the world could transform into something incredible.
Black cockatoos remind her to listen to her heart and intuition. Whatever happened in the past is in the past. She can now fly into the future with an open mind and compassionate heart.
The moral of the story? When faced with adversity, focus on finding your inner peace, breath and step into your colourful new life.
